JJC:    Now it's natural gas' turn to get its Sweet Sixteen party...

Now, we've got oil hitting a brand new high today, and we've got coal shortages... both of which mean natural gas should go much, much higher.  This is the replacement fuel... for when oil and coal get too expensive, or too dirty, we switch to natural gas...

It should be what we use, but it doesn't have enough states to make it so the politicians love it...

What's the play?...

.  .  .  .  .

Well, I've got a new one for you.  It's actually an old Cramer fave...

I'm talking about Chesapeake Energy Corp. (CHK)... the largest driller for natural gas, and the largest independent producer of natural gas, and the third-largest overall producer in the United States...

.  .  .  .  .

The story here is two-fold... production growth and insider buying...

On the growth side, CHK has just got great production metrics...  21% reserve growth rate, 369% reserve replacement rate...

CHK is the producer most levered to natural gas... meaning that, if you believe natural gas is going to $16...  this is the one.  In other words, if you think natural gas is going from $9 to $12... boom!... CHK is the play.

.  .  .  .  .

Then there is the insider buying angle reason, which is the main reason that I am really, really trying to get ahead of CHK today...

The CEO, Aubry McClennan...  He's demonstrated an amazing knack for buying his stock at right times and he is always welcome on Mad Money...

Now, big insider buying is almost always a bullish sign for stocks, right?...

Big insider buying done well, especially when the CEO just bought a huge number of shares... 400,000 shares, just last week... at prices roughly equal to where the stock is now trading?...  If you ask me, that just says, "Buy me, buy me, buy me..."

.  .  .  .  .

The Bottom Line!:      Given the fact these stocks have had... Do this for me... Let's say you listen to Cramer and you want to buy 100 shares...  Why don't you buy 25 tomorrow, and then do some more homework... and try to buy below his (CEO, Aubrey McClennan's) last buy... Won't you feel great you bought below the CEO?... This guy knows his stock.  He's been a believer at the right times, and he's made money for himself and his shareholders.  I don't want to try to out-think this.  Natural gas is going higher.   Aubrey McClennan's buying for CHK.  So, the bottom line... You better think about buying some Chesapeake Energy Corp. (CHK) too.

Governor Interview
Pennsylvania Governor, Ed Rendell

Featured Stock(s): No specific stock picks.

After this segment, you can see Jim's Sudden:Death picks here...

Jim's comments BEFORE Interview
:      My old home state of Pennsylvania has produced something astonishing... something that just, frankly, knocked me over...  a decline in the rate of foreclosures for residential housing.  This is according... to RealtyTrak, which is an outfit of record, when it comes to keeping track of these numbers.  RealtyTrak says some of the reasons for this rest squarely with the state government...  We'd better find out what is going on, right?... So we're bringing on Governor Ed Rendell to get to the bottom of this...

Governor Rendell has put forth a couple of measures that I think might work around the country...  Governor Rendell, welcome to Mad Money!...

.  .  .  .  .

Jim's comments AFTER Interview:      Governor Rendell... Thank you. These are terrific bold ideas.  I hope they get adopted nationally.  Thank you for coming on Mad Money.  It can be done!  It can be done!   The FHA can do his plan!  Why the FHA isn't doing it?... Well, let's just say, it's politics...

Thumbs down - indicates he has said not to buy or to sell the stock, based on his comments  We do our best to interpret Jim's opinion on stocks, as we think it is indicated by his comments during the show.  Please read his comments to decide for yourself.

Back up the truck - indicated by Jim, when he says the stock is so good, that he would do a 'mon-back' on the stock... In other words, this is the sound someone would say to a truck driver, "Come on back... " as he is "backing up the truck" to load up on his cargo.  Translation for buying stocks:  This recommendation by Jim indicates that, after you do your own homework on the stock, you should feel comfortable loading up on it, as it is in a good position to be bought at this point.

Stumped. - Of the 2,000+ stocks that Jim Cramer has in his head, for which he has an informed opinion, he sometimes comes across a caller with a stock he does not know well enough to opine on...  He then indicates he is stumped and will have to come back to it, after he does some homework of his own on the stock.  This usually occurs during the Lightning Round, when Jim does not know in advance who is calling, or what their stock question is about.
