UA

48.44

na

Under Armour, Inc. (UA)

UA -  I have puzzling over UA.  Now, UA is an inventory story.  Clearly, it's cold around the country, with the exception of the Southwest.  So that means Under Armour is going to be selling well.  Why isn't the stock moving?... I think it's because it wasn't cold enough in November, so maybe they have an inventory overhang.  Remember, Plank (CEO) said he had a 100% inventory, which I wasn't impressed with.  But let me give you a two-fer...  I think UA, the longer it stays here, is getting interesting, but VF Corp. (VFC) is even more interesting.  North Face (the clothing brand, made by VFC) can't be stopped in this country!  VFC, 52-week low, 3% yield... that's your play!  But, buy, buy!

AAPL

194.30

na

Apple Inc. (AAPL)

AAPL -  I still like AAPL very much.  I was speaking to the great people over at Regis' place (i.e., on the Regis and Kelly show this morning)... they all bought the AAPL, and said, what do I do?...  I said, no, we're not casing in yet.

MASI

38.19

na

Masimo Corporation (MASI)

MASI -  That's my Doctor House...uh, ER... stock...  That's the one where it takes the pressure on the finger...  I have been in touch with that company, because it's been such and unbelievable ramp... My friend, Dan Fitzpatrick... is saying it's the single best chart in the book.  I don't know charts... I know the fundamentals of the business, and they are strong!

SYK

74.67

na

Stryker Corp. (SYK)

SYK -  You've got a winner there, my friend... absolutely.  And the reason why that's a winner... we have very few medical device stocks that have absolutely no economic sensitivity whatsoever.  That is a great stock.  I don't care that it's near its 52-week high.  I would still buy, buy, buy!  Great call.

DNA

68.49

na

Genentech Inc. (DNA)

DNA -  At this level, I can't sell it anymore.  I mean, I've got to tell you, I thought the Avastin decision was wrong.  There were only a couple of cancer doctors on that panel.  There were some who were not.  I think Avastin's a great life saver, but they're in the business of ruling on this.  Europe uses the product.  I think, ultimately, Avastin succeeds.  So, down here, I am going to go with the bulls and say that DNA must be bought.

SNP

159.87

na

China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (SNP)

SNP -  You know that I wasn't a fan of SNP.  I'm a Petro China (PTR) guy...  PTR, Baidu (BIDU), China Tel (CHA) and Focus Media (FMCN)...  Those are my Chinese picks, other than Perfect World (PWRD), which has had an unbelievable ramp, since I stood up here and said that I was being corrected...

WAG

37.11

na

Walgreen Co. (WAG)

WAG -  No, no, no, no, no, no!  Sell, sell, sell!  I've got two I like more than that!  I've got CVS (CVS*), which also has that great back-end business - pharmacy, benefit, management; and then I read the Lehman Brothers report today... Mary Sammons may be pardoned!  Yes!  Rite Aid (RAD) turning back.  RAD had a pretty good month.  It was up nicely today.  And yes, I'm sticking with RAD!

C*

34.31

na

Citigroup (C*)

C* -  I wish we knew who was going to be the new CEO, but I've got to tell you, if they got someone in there, the stock would go...  I own it for my charitable trust.  Let me say this... Every time you see one of those talking heads on TV, about the government plan... it's good for C*, because it confounds the banking suitors... And, if they were able to go in there and look at C*'s loans, they'd shut the darn place down.  I am not kidding.  I own the stock for my trust.  If we get a new CEO in there, we're going to get something cooking... I don't want to leave that stock down here, no way, no how...

CPSL

6.79

na

China Precision Steel, Inc. (CPSL)

CPSL -  I've got three American steel companies I prefer over that...  I prefer United States Steel (X), I prefer AK Steel (AKS) and I prefer Reliance Steel (RS)...  I also prefer Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF) over that.  I like every one of mine more than yours.
