Rock-Tenn Co. (RKT)
Q: My
stock Rock Tenn...
Jim: Uh, the packaging
business has turned into a bit of a
nightmare… I have been even wondering if
IP could even maintain its dividend… I
like that… I am at a loss for these
stocks… I mean, these stocks represent
great, great value… but every time I
have gone to the well… I recommend them
and then they go up a little bit… and
then they have just been torpedoed… I
say don’t buy… again, we do not have
enough economic growth in the system to
make so that they are all going to
survive… the classic one, is when I
recommended
Temple-Inland Inc. (TIN)…
Temple Inland, at around $10 or $11...
and it went to $19... I said sell… it is
at $4... it is at $4... because they
need financing.

PNC Financial Services Group
Inc. (PNC)
Q: (I am
a) former Pittsburger… I have a lot of
PNC - Pittsburg National Corporation
stock, what should I do?
Jim: It is being pulled
down by what is known as SKF… which
should be repealed by the SEC… the SEC
had no idea what it was doing when it
approved these things… every single bank
stock is under assault… that means I
cannot recommend PNC… even though it is
a terrific bank that has done a lot of
good things… they cannot be investable
as long as these ETF’s are allowed to
take down both the good with the bad.
No, to PNC.

AVAV |
38.20 |
AeroVironment, Inc. (AVAV)
Q: AVAV
-Aerovironment?
Jim: Okay, we have been
recommending this stock… why because it
is a unmanned plane company for defense…
that is exactly what people expect from
Obama… I am going to change my mind
right here… we have now made a huge
gain… if this is like 1980 when Reagan
came in, all of the Obama stocks, all
the Reagan stocks will begin to go down
after the inauguration… I want to get in
ahead of that… I want you to sell AVAV
right here… we do not have enough gains
this year…. let’s take that one.

BIDU |

Baidu.com (BIDU)
Q: You
have said before, I have been a buyer of
Baidu for a long time, I have bought and
sold, and bought and sold, and at one
point you have said get out of China,
and now you are saying get in China.
Jim: Well, I have been
recommending an ETF (i.e.,
China Xinhua 25 Index (FXI)…
I have not been recommending Baidu… and
why, because Baidu is an online
organization… and the Chinese do not
like how out of control people can be on
the web… remember that is a contained
centralized government
capitalist/communist country that does
not like dissent… Baidu is a place where
there can be dissent… so I am always
afraid that Baidu will be taken away
with the stroke of a pen.

MO* |
16.37 |
Altria (MO*)
Q: MO…
juicy dividend… big dip?
Jim: MO is not going
down… this is the best acting stock in
my charitable trust portfolio…you
can follow along with that you will see…
that is my charitable trust… this stock
is the best acting stock in 2009... I
will say right here, right now that that
stock which yields about 8% is going to
go up… everyone is worried about Obama
and tobacco… just like I said sell,
sell, sell
AeroVironment, Inc. (AVAV)..
because that is a stock that everyone
wants when Obama is in… everyone is
afraid of MO… and when he comes in…sell,
sell AVAV… and buy MO.

PEG |
30.25 |
Public Service Enterprise
Group Inc. (PEG)
Q: Public
Service Enterprise Group, (PEG), I own a
lot of shares, wondering what to do with
it?
Jim: I think you should
buy more… that is an absolutely
excellent utility company… that I feel
has very, has a very good risk profile…
I prefer the 5% yielders… but that is a
good one over time. I like that stock.
Thank heavens we can end on a positive
stock, it has been so difficult.
