CVRD (RIO)
Q: 5% of
the stimulus package is to
infrastructure, do you think RIO, with
the steel and coal company is good?
Jim: The stimulus
package is a complete and utter
betrayal.. it is meaningless… it will
not have one dime worth of money for
RIO…. as much as I would like to be in
the Neverland… not that it is not
Neverland, Neverland, it is actually
Neverland... I read the play again the
other night… I have to tell you is that
RIO is not the way to play… the way to
play stimulus… is to deal with
Smithfield hams… no, that is right…
there is nothing but pork in that thing…
we are not going to play any stocks off
that… as a matter of fact we are going
to sell them.

Wal-Mart (WMT*)
Q: My
stock is Wal-Mart?...
Jim: Your stock is a
winner… it is down 15 straight points
from it’s high… I would
pull the trigger as I
did for
ActionAlertsPlus…
people are worried about the chart… they
say the chart is ugly… I worry about
America… what happens when things get
tough… 100 million people shop at
Wal-Mart… that is what they do… I am
feeling a little chagrinned, Lee Scott
my favorite CEO is stepping down… but I
do believe that Wal-Mart is the way… is
the only retailer that I am recommending
on this show… now that I have given up
on Urban Outfitters… I cannot even
recommend Costco's…. as much as I like
it… only Wal-Mart… and even there I am
hurting… I admit it I am hurting.

UPS |

United Parcel Service, Inc.
(UPS)
Q: Oil
goes from $140 to $40. DHL goes
out of business. And now the post office
backs out one day of delivery. Why
can’t UPS get out of its own way?
Jim: I am just
astounded… UPS, I think it hit a 52 week
low today… Fed Ex… UPS,
FedEx (FDX)
meanwhile...
Amazon.com (AMZN)
blows the doors out… I mean how do you
the stuff if not by shipping… but you
know what… I have lost money for people
in UPS… and my take is… let’s see what
yield is…maybe we just have to wait…
this company is so well run… UPS yields
4%… it is time to buy… now, just so you
know that I have said that… they
probably are having an awful quarter…
but when are you going to buy UPS if not
when it starts yielding 4%… and it is a
great American company…I bless UPS… I
bless it...
Price target to buy UPS:
When the dividend yield is 4% or higher.
(Currently at 3.8%)

US Bancorp (USB)
Q: I need
information on US Bank, I own it...
Jim: I am only
recommending two banks, Ma'am… I am
recommending
Wells Fargo (WFC*)
and
JPMorgan (JPM*),
I own those for my charitable trust….
even Wells Fargo under tremendous
assault today by every single media
operation… JP Morgan, Jamie Dimond could
you wear a suit…. I don’t care if you
are in Davos… I don’t need to see my
bankers not wearing suits… so here is
the bottom line… I will bless only those
two bank stocks… everything else is for
your… I mean for you figuratively... not
for Peggy.

ISRG |

Intuitive Surgical Inc. (ISRG)
Q:
Despite continued great earnings how
come ISRG has got pounded into the
ground, and
is it a buy now?
Jim: Well, I got to tell
you Tom… I am going to disagree with
that analysis of the earnings… I felt
that Intuitive Surgical last quarter was
something not to write home about… I got
negative on Intuitive Surgical after my
colon rectal doctor told me to sell… no…
at $200 and I am unrelenting negative…
and I don’t want you to own ISRG… and it
was not a good quarter… and I have now
revealed every single orifice… and the
Lightning Round is over.
