you to ask about Nuance. But I want to
give you two facts about it. Just this
month a private equity firm purchased 17
million shares of this stock, and Nuance
entered into an agreement with IBM, to
incorporate IBM technology. So I was
wondering what your thoughts about that
is?
Jim: Well, I know [IBM]
bought a stake… which is very, very
bullish… because the are very smart… but
Leila I think you have to take the money
and run… it is a little bit of a Steve
Miller situation…you have had a nice
move here… I am relying on Steve Miller
here… some people call me a joker… some
people call me Marie… some people call
me… well a smoker, a toker… I say I am a
seller… and I want you to take profits.

CEO there… until Andrew Liveris is gone…
the CEO… I tell you, you are going to
flat line if you are lucky… I think you
got to sell, sell, sell… and here is my
advice to the board there…

Jim: Smack, smack, smack
Black & Decker… I was trying to buy half
a position for
ActionAlertsPlus.com, my
charitable trust… and
then decided to wait for the quarter to
buy the other half… holy cow… they have
cut that thing down by a third… its
still got a good dividend… its still got
the cash flow… I am unwilling to quit in
Black & Decker… but the next stop to buy
it for
my charitable trust will be $26,
$27... it is incredible.. .there is no
private market value for any company…
that is $1.8B company… someone would
have snapped it up in the old days… not
any more… but I am a buyer.
Price target to buy BDK:
$26.00 - $27.00

partner… you’re a seller of Time Warner…
it is a train wreck… there is nothing
there… they have just way too many great
assets that cannot be monetized… and the
advertising market is horrible… I hate
to go… I hate to have to go to Davos…
all the way to Davos… and have the
Lightning Round end on a negative… but I
got to tell you… baby, it is cold
outside.
