PRGO

Perrigo Co. (PRGO)

Q:     I would like to think about Perrigo, a $6 haircut this week, what do you think?...

Jim:
I was surprised… I was surprised because Perrigo was a tradedown play… it is when you go in and you see a jar, that is just like Pepto-Bismol but it will be like Pepto-Bismol… they do that kind of knock off thing… I thought that everyone said that the trade down play was good… but they had a bad quarter… I don’t like that stock… that quarter was disappointing… maybe it goes up a $1 and then you sell, sell, sell… they should have been coining money and they weren’t… so I am done with it.

EXC

57.11

Exelon Corp. (EXC)

Q:     I have got to talk about Exelon, they light up the state of Pennsylvania , the state of Illinois, what the heck is happening to them?...

Jim:
Okay, they are Philly electric.. the old Philly electric… and the old Commonwealth Ed… they are a nuclear plant company… I think people feel that as long as nuclear power was king, and oil was high… they were going to make more money than everybody else… they were going to make more money than everybody else… oil has come down… it has gotten rid of the competitive advantage of the nuclear play… that is why I am recommending Duke Energy (DUK)… which today by the way had an excellent quarter and said things are fine… why… because it got cold… I think Duke is the better play… more conservative… I like it… bigger dividend.

FWLT*

20.85

Foster Wheeler (FWLT*)

Q:     I bought Foster Wheeler at its high, I am looking to cost average?...

Jim:
Alright... my friend Stephanie… Stephanie Link and I who run ActionAlertsPlus.com, my charitable trust, had this identical discussion today after they won a mega project from Iraq… there was a huge award to Foster Wheeler and I said don’t we have to pick up some more at $19.20... she said no, lets wait to see the quarter… because we have a lot of Foster Wheeler… I think that is prudent… let’s wait… but I have to tell you the mega projects that Ray Milkovich predicted when he stood right over here are all coming true… so I am not willing to walk away from Foster Wheeler… if you don’t own any… I would pull the trigger right here… I think Foster Wheeler is going to make the quarter… it has got about a billion in cash… and it has got a $2 billion market cap… I think someone should buy them already.

ERTS

18.70

Electronic Arts (ERTS)

Q:     We wanted to ask about Electronic Arts?...

Jim:
I am confused… Tracy, I am confused… they reported an awful quarter and then they fired a huge number of people…they must have had a lot fat at Electronic Arts… sometimes when you are doing really well you get a lot of fat… and so now the stock has exploded up $3... I think it shouldn’t be up that much on the expense control… and I want you to sell Electronic Arts.. that is right… Sell ERTS.
