BBY |

Best Buy (BBY)
Q: Best
Buy, what are your thoughts on it?...
Jim: Best Buy starting
to got carried away this week a little
because Goldman Sachs said that it is
going to have a huge, huge step up in
earnings because of
Circuit City (CC)…
You know what?… While I like the idea of
the last man standing… I am going to say
take profits from Best Buy… the consumer
is too weak.

ACC |
18.74 |
American Campus Communities
Inc. (ACC)
Q: ACC -
American Campus Communities?...
Jim: I like that stock…
I like that stock… my buddy, friend, pal
Tom McGrath, who is with me in football,
and when we were at the Eagles… he is
into that game too… I think the business
of redoing the area around schools is
bullish… I am going to step up to the
plate and recommend that stock.

MDRX |
9.23 |
Allscripts Healthcare
Solutions Inc. (MDRX)
Q: I want
to take advantage of the centrally
computerized medical record systems, do
we like MDRX?
Jim: We not only like
MDRX… but we like Glen Tullman, he has
been on a number of times… including a
special dividend… I happen to think that
his company is set up to be a big winner
on computerized medical records… of
course, the New York Times came out this
week and said that the big issue is
privacy… he has addressed the privacy
issue… he is on top of it… I am a bull
on Allscripts.

HES |
58.41 |
Hess Corporation (HES)
Q: I need
to know about Hess?...
Jim: The stock has had a
very big move this week… I am concerned…
I think the move is too great… I want to
ring the register… if you want refining
I am going to give you the double play,
which is
Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO)…
up .44 cents… that has got refining..
its margins are huge… and its got
exploration and production… pull the
trigger on MRO you won’t regret it.

DuPont (DD)
Q:
DuPont?...
Jim: I said that Dow
Chemical was a nare-do-well… I didn’t
like the yield… I felt they would have
to cut it… they sliced it this week… I
have said that DuPont, I don’t trust
their dividend either… I have said to
sell DuPont… I am reiterating right here
to sell DuPont… its businesses… it's got
a drug business with too much stuff
going generic… it is way too connected
to housing… I do not like the stock of
DuPont.

RYN |
29.35 |
Rayonier Inc. (RYN)
Q: I want
to know about Rayonier Incorporated?...
Jim: Well, this is
another one of those companies that
does… it is like a trough that spins off
a lot cash… it has got a 6.8% yield… I
have historically liked that company…
and I am saying right now on the radar…
that is a nice place to be for some good
yield… I trust the yield.

CEG |
25.14 |
Constellation Energy Group,
Inc. (CEG)
Q: CEG -
Constellation Energy Group?...
Jim: No, that is done…
That takeover has happened… we are not
arbitragers… Witness anyone who
stayed in
Rohm & Haas (ROH)
- and lost the gain, because the deal
fell through)… It is time to take
profits.

|
 |
ASTE |
24.46 |
Astec Industries Inc. (ASTE)
Q: What
do you think of Astec?...
Jim: You know we looked
at this stock… my friend James Altucher
has written about it… this happens to be
a terrific way to play road building…
however, the stimulus package had almost
nothing for road building… so I am a
seller of ASTE before people realize how
little was in that stimulus package to
really do the right thing.

AUY |
8.99 |
Yamana Gold Inc.
(AUY)
Q: Yamana
Gold, what do you think?...
Jim: No, we don’t like
the way that they have managed the
company… that is too bad because the guy
who runs it is a terrific guy Peter
Marrone… the stock has had a nice run…
but when we want to own individual gold
stocks, we always default to
Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. (AEM)
or we buy
SPDR Gold ETF
(GLD)…
I believe that everyone should have one
position that is gold or gold like in
their portfolio… I say make it Agnico
Eagle… I would stick with Agnico Eagle.
