Freeport-McMoRan (FCX*)
Q: You
know my symbol, you love my symbol, it
is FCX baby.
Jim: This stock has now
more than doubled since they cut their
dividend… it is now up more than 9
points since they did the secondary
offering to clean up their balance
sheet… copper is over $1.60... China is
ordering… what is not to like… I still
like FCX, which is
ActionAlertsPlus.com, my
charitable trust, and
I send out the bulletins… and I am
recommending it.

JOYG |

Joy Global (JOYG)
Q: My
question is Joy Global, what are your
thoughts?
Jim: Joy Global I talked
all about this with my friend Matt
Horning today… we are trying to figure
out in many ways is the key to the next
infrastructure stock… it is the coal
company… and we have had the CEO on… I
think that the stock is so dirt cheap
that I am going to continue… to continue
to pound the table to buy Joy Global…
the Chinese are ordering equipment… it
is a good company.

ACN |

Accenture Ltd. (ACN)
Q: My
question is about Accenture, I think
more of the financial institutions are
in trouble that will try to outsource
more of the technology jobs.
Jim: I agree… I agree..
you know I started debating this… I work
with Stephanie Line at
ActionAlertsPlus.com, my
charitable trust, we
have been kicking this name around
endlessly… this is probably the level at
$30... I think that this is a terrific
company that is going to be a big
beneficiary of the collapse of some
other IT company in India… and I like
your thing… you have got horse sense.

Sealed Air Corp. (SEE)
Q: If we
are going to get this economy going, we
are going to need a lot of packaging
type stuff. Anything from packing
peanuts to whatever you see in the
supermarket, what do you think about
Sealed Air?
Jim: I have got to tell
you that I am seeing a lot of pressure
in packaging companies… you know IP had
to cut its dividend this week… Packing
Corporation of America looked like it
had a good dividend, that stock has been
cut in half… Sealed Air has almost a 4%
yield… it is a well run company… at $12,
52 week low… give or take $2... I will
go with you… it is probably over sold… I
think I want to buy some.

HMIN |
9.14 |
Home Inns & Hotels (HMIN)
Q: I want
to know about HMIN my favorite stock?
Home Inns...
Jim: We are not going to
recommend… I tell you next to airline
stock we are not going to recommend any
hotel stocks.. I do hope that President
Obama starts encouraging travel… because
I think he has been a big crimped on
travel… but that may have been the old
Obama before the stock market got
hammered, and he sees how much he needs
Wall Street and Main Street to embrace
his plans.

WMI |
24.07 |
Waste Management (WMI)
Q: My
pick is WMI, it has been sold off real
bad in the past couple of weeks. (Waste
Management)...
Jim: Let’s buy some WMI…
Mr. Steiner is a great man.. he has
returned a lot of capital to
shareholders… let me just double check…
I think that yield goes to 5%, 4.83%…
the man has come on our show and
repeatedly and said… (buzzer sounds)...
hey listen I got the buzzer like 47
times last night… could I just have a
little breathing room here.

Fortune Brands (FO)
Q: I am
calling about Fortune Brands, what has
happened to it since early December?
Jim: The company has
missed numbers, missed numbers… everyone
thinks that that yield is in terrible
trouble… the Mr. Carbonari has not been
able to turn this company around… that
the cabinet business like Fasco’s
business is just right thru the floor…
and we know that even hyde and spirits
have been selling poorly… remember
Brown-Forman Corporation
(BF-B)
this week, bad number…
Diageo plc (DEO),
bad number… I got to put it on hold… I
got to put in on hold… even though it
seems cheap… but I got to tell you… it
is a vicious, vicious vortex down there.

Foster Wheeler (FWLT*)
Q: I was
wondering about Foster Wheeler AG?...
Jim: I have been just
totally thrown off by this… why, because
Ray Milchovich told such a bad story in
the conference call… it made me feel
awful about it… I own it for
my charitable trust,
ActionAlertsPlus.com…
it went all the way down to $12... I
felt terrible… it just moved up to
$18... it got a couple of mega
contracts… Goldman Sachs recommended
today to go from hold to buy… I don’t
want to tell you that I feel great about
it because the quarter was so bad… but I
ain’t selling Foster Wheeler… I think it
goes to mid $20’s… I am sticking with
it.
