Jim: I like speculative
biotech right here. Remember, there's
been $193 billion in acquisitions in the
last month in pharma, where many of them
have been biotech. I think that ISIS is
a good spec here. I'm a buyer!... Buy,
buy, buy!

Jim: Prudential? You
know what? I don't trust the bull
rally... Don't buy, don't buy... This is
a great company. It's a great company
but, if we're going to own insurance...
which I have not been recommending
fortunately... I've only been
recommending
Travelers (TRV)...
property and casualty... because of the
balance sheet... A very good piece that
I read this morning... that
Hartford Financial
Services Group Inc. (HIG)
could make a comeback. I'm concerned
about
Lincoln National Corp. (LNC).
MetLife (MET)
is starting to make a comeback. But I
think it's too soon to
pull the trigger. These
stocks all need the market up
dramatically, and that's the problem.
They didn't hedge correctly for their
annuities, so we've got to wait for the
market to go up to feel more
comfortable.

Jim: I think it's a good
spec at $4 bucks with infrastructure...
that keep telling me is kicking in. Buy,
buy, buy!... Now look, I don't think the
infrastructure is kicking in, but I've
been browbeaten and cowed into believing
that infrastructure is the greatest
thing since sliced bread... So forgive
me for being skeptical. I guess I've
been overwhelmed by popular criticism.

Jim: My bad, my bad... I
had T.J. Rodgers on... he's the CEO...
And I warmed up to it, but then I left
it, because of the solar play... because
oil came down. I should have gotten
right back in, when they were all
separate... I got that wrong. That was
my bad. I didn't see that stock. It hit
a 52-week high. I didn't get that right.
So I think we ought to play a "low-lite"
film... on everything that I've done
wrong...
