TTEK |

Tetra Tech (TTEK)
Jim: Why
isn't this stock doing better?... It's a
great infrastructure play. Obama favors
infrastructure.
AECOM
(ACM)
has done really well. But I'm not going
to recommend it... because I've got to
tell you something... don't buy, don't
buy... the way that stock acts, and I'm
not a technician... but that stock does
not have what it should have. I'd like
to invite the CEO back on. Maybe he can
tell us what's the matter. I think he's
a good guy.

MATW |
31.19 |
Matthews International Corp.
(MATW)
Jim: (stumped)
This is a tough one. I'm going to take a
pass on this one and find out more about
it, because it's kind of a weird mix of
businesses. You'll know why I took a
pass... I mean, just a sec... Here's
what it does... It's got bronze
memorials, caskets, graphics,
merchandising solutions, cremation...
We'll come back on that...
|
|
 |
XRX |
5.34 |
Xerox Corp. (XRX)
Jim: Don't pull the
trigger... I don't like that balance
sheet... Don't buy, dont' buy... I feel
that this is one of those companies
that's going to have trouble rolling
over debt. They actually need a much
better economy... much better economy...
than we have worldwide.

WFMI |
16.05 |
Whole Foods Market Inc. (WFMI)
Jim: We had
Danny Meyer, who is the absolute
best restauranteur in America...
actually, literally come on this show
and recommend this stock... I think this
was literally about six points ago...
yeah... I mean, unbelievable, saying
that the service is going to be... that
the hospitality and service was going to
be good. WFMI, I'm not going to be going
against Danny Meyer, who has written the
bible called
Setting The Table about
hospitality... not about service... And
he says WFMI is going higher. I'm with
Danny Meyer. I like shopping there
too... although it's the most expensive
place on earth.

TIF |
20.77 |
Tiffany & Co. (TIF)
(caller, Bruce, said he was shorting TIF
at $18)
Jim: Now, just so we
understand what Bruce is doing... he's
making a bet against TIF, which would
normally be a good bet, because the
company's financials have been
absolutely terrible... the quarter has
been bad. However, given that everyone
is starting to go by the rosy scenario,
I think you're going to have to suffer
some pain, and you're going to have to
take the pain in that short, because the
company's just too good to short
against. I mean, in the $30s, maybe I'd
bet against it... even in the $20s...
but not here...

|
 |
FLR |
38.81 |
Fluor Corporation (FLR)
Jim: Infrastructure
is making its way back because of the
correlation with oil. I thought FLR
should never have been as low as it got.
I thought the business was always much
stronger. In a bear market, they took
this one apart, because of hedge funds
gone wild. I'm pulling the trigger, and
saying yes to FLR. If it goes to $35,
I'm pulling the trigger multiple times.
Price target to buy FLR: $35.00

 |
IP |
7.42 |
International Paper (IP)
Jim: You know,
what... look, it's down so much that I'm
not going to go against buying it, but
they have done so much wrong that I just
can't get behind it. I feel like they're
Alcoa... Sure they can go up... they can
even go up 10% in a good market, but I'm
not going to get behind IP... don't buy,
don't buy... not with the way they
destroyed their balance sheet with that
ridiculous commodity purchase, after
they had gotten rid of the commodities a
decade ago. What were they thinking?...

 |
HE |
13.62 |
Hawaiian Electric
Industries Inc. (HE)
Jim: There's kind of
a depression going on in Hawaii, and
this company has a lot of different
businesses besides just being a power
company. I'll take a shot at it down
here at 9%, at a 52-week low... buy,
buy, buy!... Because, you know what?...
It just can't be that bad there. That's
famous last words, I know. And probably
all the networks will quote me as saying
that...

|
 |
TNH |
129.86 |
Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P.
(TNH)
Jim: Well, I always
remember, bulls make money, bears make
money and hogs get slaughtered, but I
think TNH is solid. I like it much more
than
Mosaic (MOS)...
I like it much more than
Agrium (AGU)...
I like it much more than
Bunge (BG)...
and I like it much more than
Monsanto (MON)...
I think you've got a winner with a great
yield, and I think you should stick with
the rest of it.

 |
JAVA |
8.63 |
Sun Microsystems Inc. (JAVA)
Jim: First of all, I
think that JAVA should be sold, sold,
sold... sell, sell, sell!... You already
know the price that
IBM (IBM)
is going to pay, and you already got
almost a double. Let's go, let's go,
let's go... I think
Cisco
(CSCO*),
which I own for
ActionAlertsPlus.com,
will not be affected by this purchase,
because they are moving into a whole
other forum of hardware... But I'm not
worried.
Hewlett-Packard (HPQ*)...
obviously, I own that for
my charitable trust, like CSCO.
There, I'm a little more concerned...
Why?... Because that last quarter wasn't
that good, but, in Mark Hurd, we
trust... the CEO...

|
 |
AAPL |
101.62 |
Apple (AAPL)
Jim: I'm not going to
go against Apple. What we've discovered
in the last few weeks is that, as they
introduce new product after new product
after new product, is that Steve Jobs is
not alone... There are like a thousand
Steve Jobs at Apple... I am sticking
with my recommendation... Buy, buy,
buy!... I think Apple goes higher.
