ActionAlertsPlus.com, my
charitable trust when
it got to $22... far it from me to tell
you to buy it right here at $20... I say
$18, $17 is the entry point… if you buy
it higher than that you are going to be
disavowed by Cramerica, and Cramericans
everywhere.

Jim: I have been
nonplused, which actually means confused
not negative, about Panera… I think that
it is the chartists who have said that
the thing looks like Mt. Everest, if not
K2 the second largest mountain in the
world… I disagree… I see the restaurants
making a come back here… represented
initially by, honest to God I am not
kidding, and I like their burgers...
Jack in the Box Inc. (JACK),
which had good numbers…
McDonald's
(MCD*)
which is starting to rally… and
Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. (BWLD),
some like them hot… and Cheesecake
Factory (CAKE),
so I think we are okay… I want to double
down Panera… I know that the chart looks
bad, but you know what, the chart of CLF
looked great at $28, and what happened
there…

name, I think that you buy

which is just an accidentally juicy
B.I.G. high yield… that is for you.

should have told people to buy it… but I
was saying, no, no lets be pricey, lets
go to $15 where the equity offering did…
everyone tells me that I have to take
Liveris off of the wall of shame, I will
take it off the wall of shame if it gets
to $20... but right now he is still in
the penalty box because he wrecked the
balance sheet… but I think that you are
onto something, I think that Dow is okay
here… natural gas price, that is the
biggest raw cost, sometimes they have
more than $20b bill, is at $4... they
sold the Morton Salt division for about
$8b… they rang the register on some
equity… I think that you are fine.

better composite business… am I crazy
about it, ex-nay… but that is the one
that you want to be in if you have a
thing about composites.
