ING Groep NV (ING)
Jim: ING? You sure
know how to kill a first date here...
ING... no, we're a seller of ING...
sell, sell, sell!... No. A lot of the
European preferreds... the bank
preferreds are doing well. I do not
think you need to sell it right now, but
you have to understand... I do not
believe that bank is as good as a lot of
the Canadian banks, if you want to get
yield... or
Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD), if you want to get a
little foreign... I didn't like what the
Brazilian government was saying today
about interest rates down there... But,
if you want a foreign bank, I'm going to
send you to Brazil... I'm going to send
you to Canada... not going to send you
over to Europe.

Petrohawk Energy Corp. (HK)
Jim: You know, I have
so many great energy companies that I'd
rather see you in that I could not
send... Look, I could put you right now
in BP, alright... BP's got a great
yield. I think it's safe... As long as
oil is staying around $50, that yield
will be safe... it's well above it...
Why don't you swap out of yours... sell,
sell, sell... and go into mine? BP!

Health Care Inc.
(CVH)
Jim: I'm concerned
about managed care. Now, I just want to
say that there are some really good
people who say it's so oversold, you've
got to buy it... Here's the pattern that
I've noticed... If President Obama
doesn't like an industry like the credit
card industry, he's relentless... he is
relentless in his viewpoint. I am
frightened of anything healthcare...
frightened... because he obviously does
not like healthcare, including managed
healthcare... so I want to stay out of
the crosshairs of a very powerful
president and a very powerful congress
that agrees with him. I want to sell
your stock.

 |
MEE |
20.85 |
Massey Energy Co. (MEE)
Jim: Oh boy, I've got
two in a row that I've got to reach the
exact same conclusions... Massey Energy
is a coal company... I just believe that
the President, who doesn't even seem to
want to get behind natural gas, is
certainly not going to get behind coal.
And I can only take China so far as a
coal play... I am suggesting that MEE...
sell, sell, sell... I want to sell
Massey... I want to sell it based on
Washington.

EGLE |
7.21 |
Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc.
(EGLE)
Jim: I actually think
that
Diana Shipping (DSX)
has a better balance sheet than the one
you just brought up. I would suggest
swapping out of yours and going into
Diana... sell, sell, sell... I think
Frontline Ltd. (FRO)
has got a better balance sheet, and we
have gone round the horn... although
it's not dry bulk, it's oil... with
Nordic American Tanker (NAT)...
with Herbjorn... and, by the way,
someone asked me the other day, if you
bought the secondary, would you get the
dividend, and the answer is... yes!

NYX |
25.59 |
NYSE Euronext, Inc. (NYX)
Jim: No, no, no,
no... I was discussing it with Stephanie
Link, who works with me on
ActionAlertsPlus.com
and helps me run
the charitable trust...
and I was struck by the fact that I
said, at $19-20, that there was a
possibility of major consolidation in
the exchanges... that that dividend,
which has now been declared for two
times is a winner... that Duncan
Neiderauer (CEO) is a game changer...
There's a guy there who, by the way...
who's in charge... of what I think is
going to frustrate us with the uptick
rule... I didn't like what I heard on
Bloomberg... he seems to waver... But
Duncan did not waver on our show... My
take is that NYX is a buy! It's a buy!
Remember, I recommended it all the way
up and then all the way down... and then
I pulled the trigger at $60, and now
I've got bonafides by recommending it in
the $20s.

MTZ |
12.81 |
MasTec Inc. (MTZ)
Jim: Oh... that's an
Obama play and I like it. They are going
to rebuild infrastructure, utilities...
That's one of the things Obama wants to
do. Like I said, whatever the man wants
to do he seems to get done... I am not
betting against Obama, so I am betting
with MasTec.
