Jim:   No, it is one of my least favorite banks to be honest… you know we have got this recapitalization going on, thanks to my friend, buddy pal Tim Geithner… and I want to stick with the ones that are less hobbled… and Zion to me, I always think about Holy Mt. Zion, which is of course if Bob Marley… but this one is unholy… I do not want to own it… I got other banks that I like… why don’t you buy BB & T Corp. (BBT) when it gets closer to the offering price.

Jim:   You know I have been watching Corning and keep thinking that if it gets back to $13 you ought to buy it… because business is getting better… they have got a real good diesel engine business, I like the (Verizon) FiOs buildout, and glass screens are good… but I can’t… the stock is too high… I am distinctly in the don’t buy camp.

Jim:   Yes, I want you to continue to own it know… of course, both the big press and tele-gensia came out against Larry Fink and Blackrock yesterday… all they are is talking about the conflicts, can I just tell you I am just grateful that they are even involved… who wants to get involved with this US government and mine field…I think that Blackrock is good and I want to buy it right here… I also think that those guys are really good guys and they are honest guys… and I am tired of hearing that they are getting it both ways from the government… somebody has got to do it, it might as well be them… they are good… and I do not know them… I do not go to any of their parties.

Jim:   I think that Wal-Mart is still the best in the land… as I was saying this morning to a friend, how much do I miss Lee Scott the CEO, but all I am saying is give the new CEO a chance… I think that Wal-Mart is the only retailer this year that will consistently beat numbers… I know that Ross Stores Inc. (ROST) just beat numbers… I know Gap Inc. (GPS) just beat numbers… I hear that J. Crew Group (JCG) can beat numbers… I do not care… and Eddie Lambert beat numbers, where is my Sears' (SHLD) catalog… in the end, I favor WMT… own it for the charitable trust, ActionAlertsPlus.com.
