Q:      Booyah Jim!
I keep reading reports that our current energy grid will need replacing the next few years if we are to maintain our current standard of living. I am wondering if there is one particular contractor or maybe a sector that can be invested in now to reap the rewards of building a new energy grid for the future. Thanks for your insightful commentary every day!
Clarence

Jim:    The two that I have been recommending over and over, actually the two that have been doing quite well… Mas Tec and Quanta Services Inc. (PWR) which was just added to the S&P 500... those are your best ones.

Q:      Prof. Cramer,
Booyah! My name is Dan, I’m 22 years old, and I serve in THE United States Navy! We always said "Hooyah" but now I’m saying Booyah! You should do a show in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. That’s where I’m stationed and after the show we can make our own scotch-a-mid on my dirty linoleum floor. I wanted to start a position in US Steel but I missed a 10-point move. Should I call this a miss and move on or start buying on the way down again? I think I’m more obsessed with the market than you were at my age. Being stationed here in Hawaii I wake up at 2:30 am every morning to see how the market I going to do for the day. I get to watch CNBC till about half way through the day before it’s time to go to work. As soon as I get home I check my portfolio and do my homework, then turn on Professor Cramer and go to class. I want to thank you for what you do every day. Not only have you made me some money, you have taught me a life long skill.
Dan

Jim:    Which I presume to be making mids. (Very strange... he did not respond on X)...

Annaly Capital Management (NLY)

Q:      Hello Jim,
Last night you recommended Boston Properties Inc. (BXP) and you noted the potential positive impact of the recent secondary offering (per the recent trend) but also warned the dividend might be reduced from over a 5% yield to a 4% yield. In March you warned viewers to stay away from Annaly Capital Management (NLY), which has a double-digit yield and was trading about the middle of its 52-week range similar to BXP today. Is that still your position on NLY?
Thanks, Mike

Jim:    I lost money for people in Annaly Capital Management (NLY)… I lost money for people, I lost money for my charitable trust for NLY… so personally I thought, you know what… lets just retire the name.

Now, do not forget to vote for who you think belongs on
the CEO Wall of Shame...
