Jim:   It is a Chinese water company, the answer to a lot of peoples prayers is to try to find some play on water… China is going higher… I am a huge believer in China… by the way, there I disagree with my friend Ron Insana who writes “Market Movers” newsletter for TheStreet.com, where I am chairman… he thinks that China is a sell… I think that it is a buy… I will not embrace this one… because I have not done the homework… but I like the FXI… I like the whole Chinese market.

Jim:   Do not know RINO, just don’t know it.. got to do some homework on it.. I have got to come back… here is what I do, I take RINO home with me this weekend… because you know I live a big weekend listening to conference calls and reading transcripts… because that is fun for me… everybody else goes to the beach and has gin and tonics… I am going to sit down with RINO and come back with an answer for next week… because I am a party animal.

Jim:   You should be worried my friend… Warren Buffett is selling… Calpers is suing… what the heck man, those are those… you know liable laws prohibit me from saying what I really think about the ratings agencies… but I have got to tell you, I do not want to be in Moody’s… I know that it has got a big cash position… but I do welcome Moody’s people on, anytime any of the people who raided all of those commercial bonds, the commercial mortgage bonds, or the residential… I welcome them… as a matter of fact, we will have a round table with you… we will go out to a Dairy Queen… and we will deal with it that way… as a matter of fact, I invite everyone from Moody’s and Standard and Poor’s to my beach house this weekend.
