RINO International Corporation (RINO)

Jim:     Before I get to Mad Mail I have some homework to take care of.... yesterday Ryan in Kansas asked about RINO during the Lightning Round... I didn't have an answer... I punted... I've done my homework since then and here's the deal... RINO International Corporation (RINO) is a Chinese company that helps clean the country's iron and steel industry... they make waste water treatment, desulphurization and antioxidation systems.. I mean it sounds fabulous... it's a play on China deciding to become greener and continue growth in the steel industry... but the stock's up a lot in a short time.... like 500% since the beginning of March.... it's still just a $320 million stock... I would wait for the stock to cool down before getting positive on it...

Skyworks Solutions Inc. (SWKS)

Q:         Dear Jim, I have a question regarding Skyworks Solutions (SWKS). I purchased this stock way back when it was a tech-spec on the show for a little less than $9.50 a share. Since then, this stock has had a pretty good run!  Is it time to take some profits or is this stock going higher? Thanks for all the advice.

Jim:      Jonathan, First of all you're up 30% so we always have to take something off the table... but I've got to tell you I was on a conference call... David Aldrich delivered again... remember this is in complete compliance with my mobile internet thesis... and my friend Brian Achtenberg who writes the Breakout Stocks newsletter for TheStreet.com where I'm chairman... assures me I've been doing a fine-tooth comb of true breakout stocks analysis... that the thing's for real... I'd hold on after I rang the register to take a little money off because it's a spec.

Big Booyah from TAXachusetts!! What impact would a Microsoft (MSFT) and Yahoo! (YHOO) merger have on the stock price of Google (GOOG)? Do you think the merger will happen, especially with the recent initial success of the Microsoft Bing search engine? -Dave

Jim:      Dave, absolutely not. Carol Bartz just came in... she's going to make something big out of YHOO... Steve Balmier has moved on... there could be some sort of collaboration... I don't think there will be a deal... and Google is going to sink or swim based on the advertising cycle at this point... it is selling at 19 times earnings which is absurdly cheap.
