[Beginning of Cramer's verbatim comments for this segment...]

In this segment, Jim takes 2-4 callers and asks them to submit five stocks that make up their largest positions in their portfolio.  He then comments on whether or not they are properly diversified...  See callers' portfolios below...

Jim:     When I tell you that I think you should own a stock, that doesn't mean that I think you should throw all of your eggs in one  basket, even if you're positive that it's going to go up. Uh uh, my friend. I won't have any of that. Diversification is the only free lunch. And that's why, every Wednesday, we play Am I Diversified... You tell me your top five holdings, and I tell you if your portfolio is diversified, or maybe you need to mix it up. Sometimes I give you a little qualitative, but I prefer to really focus on
sector analysis...

Caller:
I want to know if I am diversified... Stocks are:
Bank of America (BAC*), Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO), Parexel (PRXL), Skyworks Solutions Inc. (SWKS), and Spirit AeroSystems Holdings Inc (SPR)?...

Jim:     What caught me there is that this happens to be a very eclectic portfolio, and it wasn't like I could give a snap judgment on this... Okay... let's take a look at what we've got here...

Bank of America, actually a premier bank... Ken Lewis (CEO)... we'll be sorry to see him go at the end of the year. Many people will miss Ken Lewis... many... (showing a sarcastic look)... Marathon... a higher-yielding oil with a 3% yield. The refiners are coming back. Spirit AeroSystems, a 52-week high... a play of course off Boeing's resonance... Parexel is a company that tests drugs... a decent business... not a great business... And Skyworks... David Aldrich (CEO), who stood over there three different times and told us business is better than expected, which is why we caught a double.

So, we've got a tech company, we've got a healthcare company, we've got an aerospace company, an oil refiner and also owns oil... and Bank of America, a financial... I say we've got perfect diversification...

Verdict:   YES, Caller's portfolio IS diversified.

ALTR

Caller:
I want to know if I am diversified... Stocks are:
Pfizer (PFE), United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), Google, Inc. (GOOG), Pepsi (PEP*),  and Altera Corp. (ALTR)?...

Jim:     Okay, let's see... what do we got... Pfizer, my least-favorite pharmaceutical, but that's okay... It's a pharmaceutical. Remember, this is more about sector analysis than it is about quality. Altera... not my favorite in the group... I prefer Xilinx, but it's a good semiconductor company. Pepsi... Indra Nooyi (CEO), on another network today?... I kid you not... The finest soft drink company, and I own it for AAP. Indra, this is the house that you should come to. UPS... one of my absolute favorite transports, kind of wavering on its 52-week... you know, we don't want to see a breakdown there... and Google... I'm still reiterating my $600 price target. I think the quarter's going to be incredible.

A tech company, a drug company, a tech company?... Errr... Soda, and a transport. Alright, we want to throw out Altera and pick up, let's say, uh, how about
Raytheon Co. (RTN)?... I've been liking that one lately, doing a lot of work on it, and then we would be in great shape.

Verdict:   NO, Caller's portfolio IS NOT diversified.
