Full Company Name & Jim's Comments:

VVUS

10.12

VIVUS Inc. (VVUS)

Jim:   Now remember that also as a... I think it's an erectile dysfunction... it's got that... I mean, it's sexual function in women, so it's got a bunch of things going. It is very, very speculative. It is Speculation Friday so, you know what? I'm going to endorse it because it's Friday, and I like spec... Otherwise, I would say, listen... we shouldn't be foolin' around... we should be in Celgene Corporation (CELG) or something like that... but I'll bless it for now.

CELG

56.42

Celgene Corporation (CELG)

CELG

RBY

4.60

Rubicon Minerals Corporation (RBY)

Jim:   Don't cross that road! Come on... when we do minerals, we're going to recommend Freeport-McMoRan (FCX)... We're going to think about... if we want gold, we're going to do Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. (AEM). Your play has run... sell, sell, sell... your play should be sold.... no pin action. Exchange it.

FCX

Freeport-McMoRan (FCX)

SWKS

11.47

Skyworks Solutions Inc. (SWKS)

Jim:   Alright, Skyworks Solutions has been down lately. People feel like maybe David Aldrich (CEO) is not going to report a good quarter. I think it's at the heart of the internet tsunami. I also believe, by the way, I talked to my friend, Brian Ashenburg, who runs "Breakout Stocks"... he's recommending that stock... that's part of TheStreet.com. I am going to re-recommend Skyworks Solutions... buy, buy, buy! Especially after I was on the Nokia (NOK) call, and all components are in short supply.

CERN

84.37

Cerner Corp. (CERN)

Jim:   I don't know. You've got one that's up like 100%... That's like Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. (MDRX). These are companies that do computerized medical records, so CERN has really ridden an unbelievable wave of Obama and healthcare. I would careful. I would ring the register ahead of the quarter. It's almost impossible to do what Wall Street wants after a stock's run that far. How many times have we seen that this week?

IMAX

10.85

IMAX Corporation (IMAX)

Jim:   I have to tell you... my take is you should ring the register... Sell, sell, sell... Now I have not liked the stock since $8, so you could say, Jim, you do not have any standing. But, you know what? This stock's been around for a long time, and ultimately I think it disappoints. I want to ring the register and head home.

BX

16.24

The Blackstone Group (BX)

Jim:   Ahh... well they're supposed to do all these underwritings. Everybody's all excited about them. Look, it's not an expensive stock, and I believe that the IPO is going to be really good, but I cannot recommend that stock... don't buy, don't buy... Who really knows what they own? It's too much of a black box. I say ix-nay.

LLY

34.44

Eli Lilly & Co. (LLY)

Jim:   What's the matter with Eli Lilly? It yields 5%. It's got a safe yield. You're going to be able to stick it out. Even the Wall Street Journal wrote positively about my book today, mentioning... I'm not kidding... the Journal said something good about my book, Getting Back To Even, saying that I understood that dividends were great, and mentioning my Lilly call. So, you know what? They said it and not me...

TNDM

22.40

Neutral Tandem, Inc. (TNDM)

Jim:   You know something... because you put it like that, I don't know what you're missing... So what I'm going to do is find out, and get back... because I was surprised that stock is down too. I think it should be higher. I'm going to tell my staff we're going to look at that. We're doing some housekeeping later on. I don't know why that stock is down... and I'm going to do work on it rather than just say it's fine.

COMS

5.62

3Com Corporation (COMS)

Jim:   I recommended it lower. We'll re-recommend it right here. It's up 10% from where we liked it, and I continue to think that 3Com is incredibly cheap... buy, buy, buy! One of the great communication stocks out there... buy, buy, buy!... I would pick some up and hold it to $7.

Price target for 3Com: $7.00
