Full Company Name & Jim's Comments:

NKE

61.30

Nike Inc. (NKE)

Jim:
You know I have been thinking about Nike, I was doing work in Nike vs. Under Armour (UA), and I have to tell you that Under Armour did have a good quarter… and so did Lululemon Athletic (LULU) by the way… I think that Nike is very cheap, I do not have visibility into the quarter… I do think that Nike can be bought on a scale down…. remember, this is not a good market… but Nike is a high quality name… there was a very good report that Goldman Sachs put out recently which said a lot of good things about Nike… I think that Goldman is right and Nike is right.

SSRI

17.27

Silver Standard Resources Inc. (SSRI)

Jim:   You know I am not sure I am a believer in silver right here… I do believe that we should have some precious metals, but I recommend the SPDR Gold ETF (GLD)… I have to tell you that the precious metals complex is under tremendous liquidation by hedge funds… that own very little of anything it seems… and I say let the stocks come down, let them come down… silver and gold are both going down… pick your spot, I reiterate that Eldorado Gold Corp. (EGO) is the gold stock that I want to own… or GLD, which is the tracking stock.

GILD*

46.09

Gilead Sciences Inc. (GILD*)

Jim:   I just put out a note today for ActionAlertsPlus.com, my charitable trust, Stephanie Link and I, who works with me… we both agreed that Gilead has got a new, there is going to be a new formulation of the new anti age drug coming out soon, we think that it is very powerful… Gilead had one of the best upside surprises this whole quarter… there is only a penny per share problem if the dollar stays this strong… I think that Gilead has everything that you want in this market… and I am a huge buyer… by the power of nine.

V*

83.05

Visa Inc. (V*)

Jim:   Wow, I have got to tell you, that Visa conference call… I went over that again this week, I know the chart looks bad, I know that people think it is going to roll over… that was a monster… oh come on man, this is Visa we are talking about… Visa had the best beat of almost any company… Visa and Cisco are the best two numbers last week and had the misfortune of coming on a really bad day… but Visa is really rocking and remember, that is not a credit issue… what it is, is people going from cash and check to debit card… and that is why I like Visa so much, and is such a big position for me in my charitable trust.

CHD

60.57

Church & Dwight Co. Inc. (CHD)

Jim:   Very good company in this environment, but let’s not forget Clorox (CLX) reported last week and so did Colgate (CL), I actually prefer both of them to Church & Dwight… but Church & Dwight has got good fundamentals… it is the right kind of stock in this choppy environment.

CLX

60.27

Clorox Co. (CLX)

CLX

CL

79.09

Colgate-Palmolive Co. (CL)

POT

101.51

Potash (POT)

Jim:   Oh, you know that I like it… POT is my favorite because I like the yield, however, once again, as I saw Monsanto (MON) just wilt today, we have to understand Potash is what I call a high beta stock… meaning that it could go up or down in a heartbeat… I want you to be careful with that one… I think, even though I like the fundamentals in 2011 for a return in fertilizer, POT is going to be a difficult one… as difficult as owning Electronic Arts (ERTS), another one that blows up again that I still like... POT is a stock that I like, but I do not expect it to go up anytime soon.
