Almost Family Inc. (AFAM)
Jim: Yes. It
does (hang in there), because we have a
major nurse shortage in this country,
and that's the way to play it. You
know something... that is a great kind
of stock to own in this environment.
I think it does well under an Obama
president too. You know what...
I'm glad you brought that to my
attention. AFAM... that is a good
idea. How much do I learn from my
callers and my emailers... I learn
more than you could ever believe.
AFAM... great call.

Caterpillar Inc. (CAT)
Jim: I saw that stock
under $40 today, yielding more than 4%.
I am sorry... analysts can downgrade it
all they want... I think the cycle
against them is going to be long,
because you have housing... remember, I
think housing bottoms next year...
and you have minerals, and minerals have
come down... but I am now being paid,
like a lot of stocks... Look,
there are certain stocks that I think
have gotten really cheap here. You
know that I said to buy
Eaton (ETN)
the other day... That stock was up
$4. CAT yielded 5% coming in (at
the start of yesterday's trading).
It yields 4.8% (after the close of
yesterday's trading, after going up in
the session). Hey listen, I'm
sorry... I want to buy CAT...
Buy, buy, buy!... I want to
pull the trigger CAT...
I think it's great...

Citigroup (C)
Jim: Look, I've got
to tell you... Citigroup is going
to be saved by the government, and
that's terrific... but look at this...
I've got
Bank of America (BAC)
only a dollar over where they did that
big underwriting... I've got
Wells Fargo (WFC)
rumored to be doing an under-$20, and I
would like to buy that. I've got
BB & T Corp. (BBT)...
Hey listen... here's one... how about
this one?... Who the heck was
driving
Goldman Sachs (GS*)
down into the mid-$80s today?...
have some of the highest-quality
financials ever... the Fortress Four,
plus Goldman Sachs, selling lower...
than I ever thought we could get them.
Why do I need Citigroup?
