Question and pitch for:
Shire Limited
(SHPGY)

Jim:    I think it's a great idea, because I care passionately about pipeline. I want to see... just because we're in such a wait-and-see market... I want to see whether the drug that's going to replace Aderol is going to have a bump up in numbers, because they did lower their estimates for what they thought this could do, at their last meeting... the lower end of the range. So what I would do is that I would not buy it ahead of the meeting. I know that that's the temptation. If I were a hedge fund manager, maybe I would, but I want to be sure that 2009 earnings estimates don't come down. And I know that 2009's down from 2008, and I've got a lot of stories where it's up. So the problem is, the anniversary... it will look bad when it comes to the tape. But, in terms of pipeline, that's the best drug stock in the world.

Question and pitch for:
Cameco Corp.
(CCJ)

Jim:    You know I don't like that stock. Oil was at $147 three months ago, and touched $57 today, and I don't see a bottom there. I went over copper... I think gold's going to $650 (price per ounce), so that's not as defensive as we think. Remember, we're in a viciously deflationary environment, which is something (Fed chairman) Bernanke wasn't wise to... to wait too late... and something the ECB isn't wise to. I think the possibility of building a nuclear power plant in this country is nil. There's a lot of places that have started it, but I don't think they'll finish it. I think that Obama is very half-heartedly in favor of nuclear power. So, I don't... and I know it's a global issue... but it's just not my cup of tea. I think it goes lower.
