(Cont'd from
above)...
Jim (cont'd):
That's a stock I own
for
my charitable trust,
ActionAlertsPlus.com,
up today, but...
well, let's just say
that all the
infrastructure
stocks have been
bent, spindled,
mutilated, totally
wrecked... leaving
everyone to stand
around asking,
what's wrong with
infrastructure...
I'll tell you what's
wrong...
The shareholders...
the people who
rented the stocks.
Let me explain...
I could be talking
about another
company,
Shaw Group Inc. (SGR)...
when I talk to you
soon... but this one
I regard as being
the most obvious,
because nothing's
gone wrong here. I'm
going to use PWR as
an example for much
of the industry...
because its
single-biggest crime
was that it was
owned by hedge funds
gone wild.
PWR is in an amazing
business. It builds
transmission lines
for energy, cable,
natural gas and
telco companies...
in addition to doing
hurricane cleanup
work. It's in Texas.
This is the time to
be a PWR... It's a
great play on wind,
which is why so many
hedge funds own it,
and it's a total
Obama stock... which
is why so many hedge
funds own it...
You would think that
alternative energy
plays... and PWR is
definitely that... I
mean, so many
state-level projects
to build out
transmission lines
to areas where solar
and wind power can
be produced... And,
hopefully, with an
Obama
administration,
federal projects to
come...
Sweet spot... this
one's in the sweet
spot as a company...
but long
shareholders...
Now, there haven't
been a lot of
cancellations,
outside of
refineries and coal,
but those areas have
nothing to do with
PWR. There hasn't
been any bad news
here! Nevertheless,
PWR, along with the
other infrastructure
names, has been
totally
annihilated...

The Bottom Line!:
I like
Quanta Services Inc. (PWR*)
a lot... I've
recommended it
repeatedly on the
show... I own it
myself for
my charitable trust...
But I didn't think
about the fellow
shareholders... I
didn't think about
the hedge funds gone
wild... and, until
they're done
selling, it's
difficult for me to
tell you to plunge
head first into
Quanta.
