HTS

26.50

Hatteras Financial Corp (HTS)

Jim:   You know, it's funny, because I know this one is a mortgage REIT... these mortgage real estate investment trusts used to be very bad... Now, because of the way the government has changed the Fannie Mae paper, these companies are doing quite well. That stock was one of the few stocks on the 52-week high list, and it's not done going up. I like your style...

RRC

33.80

Range Resources Corp. (RRC)

Jim:   Alright, give it another day bounce... give it another day bounce... That stock was the most up, I believe, in the S&P 500 last year. It's been a real bow-wow this year. Why is that? Because they've killed natural gas. But we think the hedge funds gone wild have stopped selling for now, because maybe they have gated all the sellers, so let it go up a little bit more and then ring the register.

PLD

6.89

ProLogis (PLD)

Jim:   So, this weekend, I bump into Justin Manus, who is my absolute favorite technician... and he says the number one stock to buy is PLD... So I do all this work over the weekend on it... I'm looking at the debt... I'm looking at the structure... and I'm thinking, can it make it?... then this stock opens up... it opens up two dollars... it's the biggest percentage gainer, and I miss the move... But I mean I missed it... I think it's done... I want you to sell PLD...

Full Company Name & Jim's Comments:

NTAP

13.75

NetApp, Inc. (NTAP)

Jim:   Do I think IBM (IBM) will buy them?... No... you know, that's not a far-fetched idea... but the problem here, just so you know, is that we don't recommend stocks on a takeover basis, if we don't like the fundamentals... And I don't like the fundamentals right now of NTAP... And I say that because the tech fundamentals are terrible. After the close, Texas Instruments (TXN) blows up... Altera (ALTR) cuts its forecast... let's be careful out there... we've had a big run in tech and NASDAQ... I know that it has gone too far too fast. I want profits taken.

MOT

4.40

Motorola Inc. (MOT)

Jim:   You know, I keep thinking, boy, they've got a lot of cash... somebody's got to be able to do something with it... but then again, tonight, Texas Instruments (TXN) has really bad numbers and that directly impacts MOT... Let's do this... let's stay just away from MOT. Don't buy, don't buy... I don't feel confident enough that there's anything really good happening at MOT... If you want cell phone technology, I'm going to send you to Cramer fave, QualComm Inc. (QCOM*), which finally got a lift today.

QCOM*

33.53

QualComm Inc. (QCOM*)

See MOT comments above for:
QCOM*

BA

42.85

Boeing (BA)

Jim:   Okay... yeah I saw that... there was a problem again in Kansas... here's what I say... I think that BA is up too much... I think it's the next Dow stock to fall... I don't want to buy this thing until it yields more than 4.5%... I want you to sell, sell, sell BA... and I want you to sell it tomorrow at the opening...
