GEOY

17.97

GeoEye, Inc. (GEOY)

Jim:   Yeah, a satellite company... We like AVAV, if we're going to do anything militarily... because that's the one that we think that Obama likes, which is the unmanned stuff. Let's go with that, and not GEOY, because it's a simpler story.

TEX

15.87

Terex Corp. (TEX)

Jim:   Well, I've got to tell you something... I've been thinking about Terex as a way to be able to play tax-loss selling. Everybody in the world has a loss in it. But I keep coming back to... if you like TEX, why not go best of breed, which is Caterpillar Inc. (CAT)... Above $40, no. But, below $40, I'd much rather own Caterpillar than Terex at $12. And, right now, Terex is at like, what? $15... Yeah.

APL

6.33

Atlas Pipeline Partners LP (APL)

Jim:   Too good to be true. It is just too good to be true (i.e., its dividend yield of 55%). I've got to tell you, I have retreated, and have decided, really... I am just focusing on EPD and then old Cramer-fave, Kinder Morgan Energy Partners (KMP), which is down... and I think that we should just buy KMP... I don't even want to outthink it anymore... I mean, a lot of these pipeline companies... the one that I have the best feel about is KMP... So why should I even... so I'm not even going beyond it anymore, because this world has gotten so strange, that if you have any leverage to the actual natural gas price, you're going lower.

MO*

15.21

Altria (MO*)

Jim:   I don't understand Altria... I mean, it was upgraded today, in a valuation play... It yields 8.5%. Do you know that the yield is the highest it's been since people felt that it was going to go out of business?... That's ridiculous. Altria is so inexpensive... I own it for ActionAlertsPlus.com, my charitable trust... I can't buy it, because it was just mentioned, and I own a lot of it, but I urge people who don't mind the political incorrect nature of owning a tobacco company, to buy MO. And don't worry, I give the D.A.R.E. speech every year, so I am a believer... and, by the way, I think D.A.R.E. is right... some people say it's okay to have moderate... Uh uh... D.A.R.E. is right.

BDX

66.52

Becton Dickinson & Co. (BDX)

Jim:   I think this is one of the few... that is medical equipment... that is a big beneficiary of resin coming down... it won't be until next quarter... I cannot believe, by the way... Here's a twofer... that Beckman Coulter (BEC) has just been slaughtered... that's on big medical equipment. People don't like that. But I think BDX is one of those companies that I really like, right here, right now. And I think you are absolutely right to be buying. As stocks get lower, some of them do get cheaper, and BDX is one of them.
